Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within two working days. Customers may choose between Standard (£3.49) or Express (£4.45) with free Standard delivery on all orders over £20.00. You can expect your parcel within one to two (Express) or two to three (Standard) business days, but please allow up to five days from dispatch email before contacting us.

Most orders will be delivered by Royal Mail. Some products require a courier delivery and this will be made clear on the pages of relevant products. Our nominated courier is Evri.

We currently only ship to the UK, but are working hard to be able to provide our products worldwide so please stay in touch!

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of invoice to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial one if the item is not in a ‘new condition’. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not take responsibility for return postage costs, and initial postage costs will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom products.

How to return your item

1. To start a return, get in touch with hello@teelin.co.uk to talk to us about what you’re returning and why.

2. If your return is accepted, please send it to Teelin Luxury Fragrances, PO Box 835, Bungay, NR35 9BD. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch.

Delivery damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
